A Swiss company is only as credible as the administration behind it. We act as the single point of contact for international companies that need their Swiss entity to be properly formed, properly run and properly documented.
There is a large market in Switzerland for cheap registered addresses. We are not in it. Banks, counterparties and authorities can tell the difference between an entity that is administered and one that is merely registered – and increasingly, so can the regulator.
Our corporate services are designed for companies that intend to do real business from Switzerland: an entity with proper books, filed accounts, correct VAT and payroll treatment, documented ownership and a named person who answers when the bank calls.
The revised Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act and the new federal transparency register enter into force on 1 October 2026. From that date, professional advisory activities that make an essential contribution to the formation or structuring of legal entities – and the provision of a domicile beyond a short period – fall within the scope of statutory due-diligence obligations.
We treat this as a standard, not a burden. Every mandate is onboarded with documented client identification, verification of the beneficial owner, a recorded purpose of the business relationship and ongoing monitoring. Clients who cannot or will not be documented are declined.
Onboarding requires identification documents, ownership and control information, and evidence of the origin of funds where relevant. This is not a formality – it is what makes your Swiss entity bankable.
Regulated services such as notarial deeds, legal opinions, statutory audit and tax rulings are delivered by independent licensed professionals whom we coordinate.
Corporate services are provided on a one-off set-up fee plus a monthly retainer, based on the scope you actually need – from registered office and administration only, through to full accounting, VAT, payroll and compliance support.
We do not publish price lists. Every proposal is prepared after a short scoping conversation, so that the retainer reflects the real workload rather than an average.
Tell us what your Swiss entity needs to do – we will tell you what it needs to have, and what it will cost to run properly.
